WannaGo Outdoors has been a pioneer in developing corporate and government teams for over 15 years. Our clients span across Curacao, Bonaire, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Sint Eustatius, Suriname, and the Netherlands.
In addition to 1-day teambuilding events, we specialize in outdoor sessions, which are integral to the broader growth trajectory of WannaGrow, fostering People & Purpose-driven workplaces. Your excellent entrepreneurial, organizational, and communicative skills will guide, coach, and support teams during their transformative journey. You will tailor customized events to meet their specific needs, fostering personal, team and leadership development. Embracing the entrepreneurial spirit, you will thrive under the umbrella of well-established brands, WannaGo Outdoors and WannaGrow and exceed expectations of our clients
REQUIEREMENTS
- Native roots in Curaçao, Bonaire, or Aruba, and fluent in Papiamentu/Papiamento, English, Dutch, and preferably Spanish
- Aligned with our Core Values Integrity, Sustainability, Freedom, Fun
- Proven experience in guiding, coaching, and developing teams through team building exercises.
- Fun person to work with, super entertainer!
- Self-awareness and the ability to guide others in their personal and team growth journey.
- Passionate about outdoor activities and skilled at pushing your comfort zone.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational, communicative and leadership skills
